Certificate ISMP 15
The ISPM 15 standard, commonly referred to as IPPC and fumigation, is a description of the method of thermal treatment of wooden packaging, which ensures the elimination of harmful organisms and minimizes the possibility of quarantine organisms entering wood products.
Phytosanitary requirements are extremely important when exporting goods. In international transport, a well-conducted phytosanitary treatment and proper labeling of products are necessary. In accordance with international requirements, the woodworking process according to the ISPM 15 standard is a prerequisite for the packaging to be admitted to cross-border traffic.
The most popular type of processing in Poland is HT heat treatment, in our company we perform it in large-chamber dryers.
We are registered under an individual number in the “National code list of producers of wood packaging materials according to the FAO/IPPC/ISPM15 standard”, which is run and supervised by the Wood Technology Institute in Poznań. We use the unique number to mark our products. Every year, our company is audited to confirm that we meet the requirements of the ISPM 15 standard – below are the current certificates.
